We have all heard, felt and seen the benefits of different meditations. Not everyone can be still and meditate for long periods of time. Like everything we must find what works for us, to feel at peace and in harmony. As a Reiki Master it may seem odd that sitting meditations are difficult to do when I sit for hours giving Reiki to clients. There are more occasions when I can sit in still meditation and I welcome those times when I am able to do that.
BEARFOOT BLISS™ is imbued with Shaman Walks, Q'ero Teachings, Earthing, Reiki, Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), & Mindfulness Philosophies and more. It is a meditative walk that teaches & cultivates our connection with Nature and “Nature Spirits”. BEARFOOT BLISS™ is meditative walk that helps to strengthen, center & ground, especially for Sensitive's or Empath's to help function in the world. Essentially BearFoot Bliss™ is for anyone who feels the love of Mother Earth.
Indigenous people believe that we are related to all living things, that we all belong to the land. Everything around us is our relation and the earth is our Mother. Indigenous people around the world have great reverence for the land. However, they do not claim ownership but rather a stewardship towards her well being.
The Q'ero refer to Mother Earth as "Pachumamma." The Q'ero are a culture that lives with deep connections to Mother Earth: their traditions are thousands of years old. To ensure their traditions were not tainted, in the 1500's they moved high into the Andes to ensure those traditions where kept sacred and whole to prevent outside influence.
A "Sacred Space" is held by an EarthKeeper, Reiki Master & Empowerment Coach with over 15 years of experience. Sharon Whitethunder Baldock is an Earthkeeper that holds Munay Ki Rites, Fire Ceremony & Anyi Despacho. Sharon has also co-facilitated Blue Flame Grid each fall equinox for 3 years with groups all around the world. She is committed to help co-create a better world by teaching Reiki and sending healing energy to people and the land where ever her guides and ancestors calls her to.
